We have been carrying out random rig checks throughout the season for peace of mind and to ensure the health of our fish stocks and while on the whole it has been pleasing i would just like to say the following:
It is strictly 2 rods maximum
Manufactured barbless hooks only please (microbarbs are not allowed)
No lead-core or lead free alternatives (tubing and safezone leaders are fine)
No fixed leads (so either on a lead clip but dont ram the rubber on else this becomes fixed, or a free running lead please)
A 42″ landing net minimum and appropriate unhooking mat (not paper thin)
